Does the venue allow a 20-foot trailer, and what is needed for setup?
Venue rules vary, so please check with your venue first. We need trailer access, a level pad and power details. Share them in your quote request and we will confirm what is needed.
Can we prepay for the drinks?
Often, yes. Packages are tailored to guest count, drink quantity and service time, so a set number of drinks can be agreed up front. Tell us a few details and we will create a custom package.
Can we cover part of the cost and let guests pay the rest?
Yes. A guaranteed-minimum arrangement lets the host cover an agreed amount while guests pay for anything above it. We confirm the details in writing before the date is approved.
