Block parties and HOA events work best when there is a place to gather. The pink trailer brings people to the street.
Neighborhood Block Parties / HOAs
The best block parties get neighbors talking to people they usually only wave to. A coffee trailer at the end of the street is an easy gathering point, and works for one-off parties and recurring HOA events. We check street access and local requirements with you before the date is approved.

Can we cover part of the cost and let guests pay the rest?
Yes. A guaranteed-minimum arrangement lets the host cover an agreed amount while guests pay for anything above it. We confirm the details in writing before the date is approved.
Is a permit needed for a street party?
Rules vary by city and HOA. Check with yours and tell us what is needed; we will help with the details.
Will the trailer fit at our location?
Our trailer is 20 feet long and needs a level pad with room to maneuver, plus setup time. Share your location details in the request and we will confirm parking, access and power before any date is approved.
