Either · School event coffee trailer
Make School Night the Event Everyone Remembers.
From PTO nights to field days, a coffee trailer gives parents and staff something to enjoy while the kids have fun.
School Events
School events live or die on turnout, and parents are far more likely to stay when there is something good to sip. From a PTO night to field day, a trailer gives families a gathering spot and gives staff a break. We work with school contacts on arrival time, placement and service hours so the event stays on schedule.

Do guests have to pay for their own drinks?
For qualifying public events there is no booking fee and attendees buy their own drinks. If you would rather treat everyone, a host-paid package is possible too.
Can we prepay for the drinks?
Often, yes. Packages are tailored to guest count, drink quantity and service time, so a set number of drinks can be agreed up front. Tell us a few details and we will create a custom package.
Will the trailer fit at our location?
Our trailer is 20 feet long and needs a level pad with room to maneuver, plus setup time. Share your location details in the request and we will confirm parking, access and power before any date is approved.
A little look at the magic.
