IT ALL STARTED WITH...
a simple sentence.
One day, Phaedra looked at me and said, “I want to open a coffee shop.”
My first reaction was confusion, we didn’t have coffee shop experience, and we definitely didn’t have the traditional path into this industry. But she smiled, laughed, and reminded me that drinking coffee multiple times a day had to count for something.
That moment turned into a conversation, and that conversation turned into a vision.
We’re Zeke and Phaedra, a husband & wife building Night Roller Coffee from the ground up. What began as a shared love for coffee quickly became something much bigger: a dream to create a space that feels joyful, nostalgic, and unforgettable.
Why Night Roller
The name Night Roller comes from the feeling we wanted to create.
To us, Night Roller is more than coffee, it’s a mood. A little escape. A place that feels nostalgic in the best way, like stepping into a dream world where life slows down and the pressure of tomorrow fades for a while.

We built this brand to remind people not to take life so seriously, to enjoy the moment, lean into the vibe, and have fun with it.
More Than a Coffee Trailer
We believe great coffee should feel welcoming.
Specialty coffee is incredible, but it can sometimes feel serious, exclusive, or intimidating. We wanted to create something different, a brand that still delivers high quality coffee, but in a way that feels fun, approachable, and full of personality.
At Night Roller, our goal is to serve quality coffee with a throwback vibe, the kind of place where people can enjoy something thoughtfully made without feeling like they need to know all the “right” words to order it.
We’re here for the coffee lovers, the casual sippers, the nostalgic hearts, and anyone who just wants a drink that tastes amazing in a space that feels good.
